HPC4Health has been providing hands-on training in a wide range of computational methods since 2014. Training topics include data science, AI, programming in R and Python, statistics, research data management, and multi-omics data analysis, among others. The HPC4Health team hosts regular free tutorials throughout the year, reaching hundreds of participants and collaborating with both internal and external partners to expand access to advanced data tools and training opportunities. This training is enabled in part by support provided by the Digital Research Alliance of Canada and Compute Ontario.

Our training events are free and open to everyone. A list of upcoming events is available on the DRAC Explora site.
Bioinformatics support and training events are provided by the Centre for Computational Medicine (CCM).

For the training schedule and additional information, please see the CCM bioinformatics training page.
